Pastor Paul and Michelle have been with Trinity Church since July 2016. He has been married to Michelle for 32 years, and they have three adult children and one grandchild. He and Michelle have spent 30 years in pastoral ministry, including international mission work. His preaching and teaching ministry emphasizes the freedom made available to all through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the restored identity of everyone as children of God. A foundational scripture for Pastor Paul that describes his passion is John 14:20, "In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you," prioritizing the truth that "Christ in us is the hope of glory" (Col. 1:27).

By day, Eric is a mild-mannered family ministry pastor with no marketable skills in any other field. Eric loves seeing people come to a revelation of God's love and goodness in their lives. By night, Eric is a serial hobbyist with delusions of grandeur. He writes fiction, attempts woodworking, plays a little guitar, loves board games, and even dreams of forging knives and swords . . . among a hundred other pastimes and interests! Chief among his interests is his wife Jeanette and their two adult children. The Holy Spirit and his family are the only reason Eric still walks free among civilized people.

Doug Iha loves all things Jesus! He is married to his lovely wife Michelle and currently serves as the worship director at Trinity Church in Morton, Illinois. Doug is ordained through Joan Hunter Ministries. Doug has 15 years of experience leading the body of Christ into His presence. He has a passion to encourage, equip and empower people to live a supernatural life here in the natural world that we live in.

Jacob’s role in children and family ministries at Trinity has grown and changed since Jacob was a youth himself, starting his service in children's ministry as a youth helper. Jacob has been on the leadership team of the children’s ministry program at Trinity Church since 2012, and Jacob came on staff part-time in 2021 as the Children’s Ministry Director. Outside of ministry, Jacob is a licensed social worker and has devoted a majority of his career to serving children and families in community-based settings.
