Photo and Video Policy

Trinity Church engages in live streaming and video recording of our services. In addition, photos are taken of the service and various ministry activities and events. The videos and photos are used for information, discipleship, and communication purposes. Videos of the service and photos of ministry may appear on our website, mobile applications, etc. This page provides important information about our audio and video policies.

Photo/Video Release Notice

When you enter a Trinity Church event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Trinity Church and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Trinity Church events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of Trinity Church. You release Trinity Church, its officers and employees, and all persons involved from any liability connected with taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Trinity Church or the person or entity designated to do so by Trinity Church.
 
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Honoring Privacy Requests

We recognize that some individuals/families prefer to keep their images as private as possible, however, our livestream and recorded video/photos of services allow for limited selective editing. While we will honor such requests to the best of our ability, Trinity Church cannot guarantee your image(s) will not appear in videos/photos of the events/services in which you participate. Additionally, Trinity Church is not responsible for regulating the recordings/photos obtained or produced by other participants.

If you wish to minimize the appearance of your image in media produced by Trinity Church, we recommend choosing seating and participating in areas that are not covered by Trinity Church video cameras.

If you wish to minimize your appearance in photos or promotional materials online (website, mobile apps, social media, etc.) or print (flyers, posters, etc.), please contact that Trinity Church office to discuss your privacy needs and how we can best limit your exposure.
